Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a fantastic location, being conveniently close to the Turning Stone Casino and local wedding venues. I found my room to be huge with plenty of seating and useful amenities, though it fell short on some comfort aspects like noise and air conditioning issues. The service was generally pleasant and I appreciated the shuttle service to the casino, but the overall cleanliness of the area left much to be desired. Dining offered limited options, especially for the price, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel is in a rural location, about 30 minutes from Syracuse, which made commuting a bit of a hassle, but waking up to a beautiful snowy view outside was a nice perk. The rooms were spacious and nicely updated, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. On the downside, I had an issue with being overcharged, but the manager was nice and took care of it. Overall, the stay offered good value for money despite the minor inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, being super close to the casino, which I enjoyed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for my family, but there was a slight mildew smell that was a bit off-putting. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed, but the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it had its pros and cons, but the value for money seemed reasonable given its amenities.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is convenient and close to attractions, the room I stayed in could have been cleaner, and noise from a party next door disrupted my stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a plus. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but some improvements in room maintenance would enhance the experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely updated, which made my experience very comfortable. The service was friendly and welcoming, really adding to the overall vibe of the place. However, the dining options could use a little improvement, as it felt a bit limited. The location was a bit tricky to access, and it was not close to many attractions, but I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
